Shipping
- Orders will ship by USPS within three business days of when the order was placed
- All shipping costs are calculated by weight
- Once an order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number
Returns
- If you wish to return an item for any reason, contact me at clunesmcrae@gmail.com within seven days of delivery confirmation
- Returned jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition
- Returned jewelry and potting soil must be in their original, unopened packaging
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygienic safety reasons
- Unless a product arrives damaged, the buyer must pay for return shipping labels
Handcrafted Products
- Because every piece of jewelry is individually crafted by hand, minor variations in stone color, metal finish, and minor detailing may occur
- All wire-wrapped jewelry is made with 925 Sterling Silver or gold-filled wire
- Some pieces of jewelry are fragile and should be cared for as such
- Potting soils are portioned and mixed by hand, some slight variations in ingredient quantities may occur

- Customer addresses and names are used specifically and exclusively to fulfill orders and will never be sold to third parties
