Description

Seedlings need special care in order to germinate, and while every seed is different, most have similar soil requirements. A good potting mix for seedlings will be very light and airy, retains moisture well, but doesn’t remain too water-logged. A well-drained, moist potting mix is absolutely necessary for the vast majority of seeds to germinate.

My Seedling Mix provides optimal conditions for germinating seeds and gives new seedlings a head start on life by providing them with a good soil environment. This mix contains a hand-mixed formula of bio char, coco coir, sand, vermiculite, and worm castings that result in a very light and airy potting mix that will retain the right amount of moisture seedlings need to thrive.
